Breaking News Update 12:37pm Pacific: Fox News just reported that the three major possibilities are a government operation, private rocketeer or something sinister. Fox News has reported that the Pentagon does NOT know who fired the missile and therefore cannot deem the immediate area safe.
A video that appears to show a missile launch off the coast of California is so far “unexplained” by anyone in the military, a Pentagon spokesman told reporters Tuesday morning
Multiple officials have pushed the fraudulent theory that the missile was simply a contrail. This is almost laughable. How stupid do these people think we are?
Last night a mysterious missile was fired of the coast of southern California. Right now we do not know who fired it or why. This is a very curious incident that could possibly be used as a staged event.
Video was taken from a KCBS chopper that showed a huge contrail which obviously indicates some sort of missile launch. If witnesses had not got this launch on video, the Pentagon may have denied that it happened all together.
NEWSER – The Pentagon has had nearly a day now to explain the apparent missile that soared into the sky off the coast of California and it’s come up with … zilch. What’s more, because defense officials still don’t know what it was, they can’t exactly say it’s nothing to worry about, a Pentagon spokesman said today. A traffic copter from a CBS affiliate captured the video of the projectile, which was about 35 miles out to sea near Los Angeles, during rush hour. The Missile Defense Agency, the Navy, and the Air Force all say they’re clueless, reports
A mysterious missile launch off the southern California coast was caught on video Monday evening by a KCBS news helicopter. The spectacular contrail could easily be seen up in Los Angeles, but who launched this missile and why, remain a mystery for now. The magnificent images were captured from the KCBS chopper around 5pm. The location of the missile was described as west of Los Angeles, north of Catalina Island, and approximately 35 miles out to sea. A Navy spokesperson tells News 8, this wasn’t its missile. He said there was no Navy activity reported in that part of the region.
Sources have indicated that there was not only a missile in Southern California but also in Phoenix. Whether this is true remains to be seen. What happened in Southern California was possibly a cover up for the event that took place in Phoenix. A citizen reporter has posted pictures of a rocket over Phoenix on the Above Top Secret Forum.

Two rockets in two days?
How is it possible that NORAD was unable to track this so called missile?
This event coincides with a report on ICBM Malfunctions which documented the engineering failure that led to the temporary shut down of 50 land based nuclear missiles.
Pentagon Expects Report on ICBM Malfunction This Month
Tuesday, November 9th GSN
A Pentagon “operations review board” is investigating the engineering failure that led 50 land-based nuclear missiles in Wyoming to go temporarily off-line in the early morning hours of October 23, Lt. Gen. Frank Klotz, who heads the Air Force Global Strike Command, said at a breakfast session with reporters.
The incident left missile operators unable to monitor or control the status of one squadron of Minuteman 3 ICBMs at F.E. Warren Air Force Base via computer for 46 minutes, he said. Another 100 missiles at the installation were unaffected by the malfunction.
However, 319th Missile Squadron crews activated backup security systems, including closed-circuit television and field inspections, to ensure there were no intrusions, Klotz said. If necessary, the weapons could have been launched by an airborne command-and-control system.
The ongoing technical investigation, which will assess the “root cause” of the failure and recommend any needed changes to operations or maintenance practices, should report out “within the next two or three weeks,” Klotz said.
Failure Shuts Down Squadron of Nuclear Missiles
Oct 26 2010, 4:36 PM ET 247
President Obama was briefed this morning on an engineering power failure at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming that took 50 nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs), one-ninth of the U.S. missile stockpile, temporarily offline on Saturday.
The base is a main locus of the United States’ strategic nuclear forces. The 90th Missile Wing, headquartered there, controls 150 Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic nuclear missiles. They’re on full-time alert and are housed in a variety of bunkers across several states.
On Saturday morning, according to people briefed on what happened, a squadron of ICBMs suddenly dropped down into what’s known as “LF Down” status, meaning that the missileers in their bunkers could no longer communicate with the missiles themselves. LF Down status also means that various security protocols built into the missile delivery system, like intrusion alarms and warhead separation alarms, were offline. In LF Down status, the missiles are still technically launch-able, but they can only be controlled by an airborne command and control platform like the Boeing E-6 NAOC “Kneecap” aircraft, E-4B NAOC aircraft or perhaps the TACAMO fleet, which is primarily used to communicate with nuclear submarines. Had the country been placed on a higher state of nuclear alert, those platforms would be operating automatically because the frequencies used to transmit nuclear codes would be interfacing with separate systems, according to officials.
According to the official, engineers believe that a launch control center computer (LCC), responsible for a package of at least five missiles, usually ten of them, began to “ping” out of sequence, resulting in a surge of “noise” through the system. The LCCs interrogate each missile in sequence, so if they begin to send signals out when they’re not supposed to, receivers on the missiles themselves will notice this and send out error codes.
Since LCCs ping out of sequence on occasion, missileers tried quick fixes. But as more and more missiles began to display error settings, they decided to take off-line all five LCCs that the malfunctioning center was connected to. That left 50 missiles in the dark. The missileers then restarted one of the LCCs, which began to normally interrogate the missile transceiver. Three other LCCs were successfully restarted. The suspect LCC remains off-line.
Commanders at the Air Force Base sent warning notices to colleagues at the country’s two other nuclear missile command centers, as well as the to the National Military Command Center in Washington. At that point, they did not know what was causing the failure, and they did not know whether other missile systems were experiencing similar symptoms.
According to the official, engineers discovered that similar hardware failures had triggered a similar cascading failure 12 years ago at Minot AFB in North Dakota and Malmstrom AFB in Montana. That piece of hardware is the prime suspect.
The defense official said that there had not been a power failure, though the official acknowledged that that explanation had made its way through public affairs channels. Engineers working on the system presented a draft of their initial findings late this afternoon, the official said.
An administration official, speaking about the president’s ability to control nuclear forces, said: “At no time did the president’s ability decrease,” an administration official said. “
Still, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Adm. Michael Mullen, was immediately notified on Saturday, and he, in turn, briefed Secretary of Defense Robert Gates.
“We’ve never had something as big as this happen,” a military officer who was briefed on the incident said. Occasionally, one or two might blink out, the officer said, and several warheads are routinely out of service for maintenance. At an extreme, “[w]e can deal with maybe 5, 6, or 7 at a time, but we’ve never lost complete command and control and functionality of 50 ICBMs.”
The military contends that command and control — “C2″ in their parlance — was not lost.
An Air Force spokesperson, Christy Nolta, said the power failure lasted less than an hour. “There was a temporary interruption and the missiles themselves were always protected by multiple, redundant, safety, security and command and control features. At no time was there any danger to the public,” she said.
Another military official said the failure triggered an emergency inspection protocol, and sentries were dispatched to verify in person that all of the missiles were safe and properly protected.
When on alert, the missiles are the property of the U.S. Strategic Command, which controls all nuclear forces. When not on alert status, the missiles are under the control of a subordinate organization, the Global Strike Command,
A White House spokesperson referred questions about the incident to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and to the Air Force. A spokesperson for the Global Strike Command did not immediately respond to questions.
The cause of the failure remains unknown, although it is suspected to be a breach of underground cables deep beneath the base, according to a senior military official.
It is next to impossible for these systems to be hacked, so the military does not believe the incident was caused by malicious actors. A half dozen individual silos were affected by Saturday’s failure.
There are about 450 ICBMs in America’s nuclear arsenal, some of them bearing multiple warheads. 150 are based at Minot and about 150 are housed at Malmstrom AFB in Montana. The chessboard of nuclear deterrence, a game-theory-like intellectual contraption that dates from the Cold War, is predicated upon those missiles being able to target specific threat locations across the world. If a squadron goes down, that means other missiles have to pick up the slack. The new START treaty would reduce the number of these missiles by 30 percent, but the cuts are predicated upon the health of the current nuclear stockpile, from warhead to delivery system to command and control.
An administration official said that “to make too much out of this would be to sensationalize it. It’s not that big of a deal. Everything worked as planned.”
Senate Republicans have been pressing Senate Democrats to spend more money ensuring the current strategic nuclear arsenal, which dates to the early 1980s, is ready to go. The treaty requires the vote of two-thirds of the Senate to be ratified.
In 2008, Gates fired the Secretary of the Air Force and its chief of staff after a series of incidents suggested to Gates that the service wasn’t taking its nuclear duties seriously enough. At one point, a B-52 bomber flew across the continental U.S. without realizing that its nuclear weapons were “hot.”
National Journal’s Megan Scully contacted a spokesperson for Sen. Jon Kyl, a top GOP critic of START, who said that “We don’t know what happened and why.” The spokesperson refused to comment on “media reports.”
Globalism, Think Tanks, and “The New World Order”

If there is anyone out there who still reads Newsweek you might be particularly interested in picking up a copy of the October 4, 2010 edition. While the cover story focuses on Sarah Palin and Republican women, one of the more interesting features stories is written by Joel Kotkin entitled, “The New World Order.” In this article, Kotkin argues that “Tribal Ties – Race, Ethnicity, and Religion – Are Becoming More Important Than Borders.” The first page of the article, contains a color-coded map denoting new regions of the world not defined by contemporary governmental borders but those designated by region, race, and culture.
The rest of the article is devoted to a breakdown of the reasoning behind the new borders of which there are 19 new regional governments, 4 city states (London, Paris, Singapore, and Tel Aviv) and 6 Stand-Alone countries (Brazil, France, Greater India, Japan, South Korea, and Switzerland.)
Although attacked as a conspiracy theory for years in the mainstream media, Newsweek’s article places the United States in league with Canada as part of the “North American Alliance,” suggesting that “The U.S. and Canada are joined at the hip in terms of their economies, demographics, and culture.”
Mexico, however, is not included in this new version of the North American Union as it is lumped in to the “Liberalistas” region alongside Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru. Laughably, the author claims that these states are “standard-bearers of democracy and capitalism in Latin America” and that their economies are “trying to join the ranks of the fast-growing economies.” Of course, anyone with any sense of what goes on beyond their own borders (however temporary they may be) knows that Mexico is not a standard-bearer of anything beyond absolute chaos and poverty.
Not surprisingly, Joel Kotkin, the writer of “The New World Order,” is an adjunct fellow at the Legatum Institute, an international think-tank that “researches and advocates for an expansive understanding of global prosperity.”(Legatum) It’s website states:
The Legatum Institute is unique in its philosophical commitment to human dignity, liberty, and prosperity, its market principles and business approach to addressing global challenges, its integrated understanding of development, governance, and national security, and its willingness to test and implement its findings through ‘real world’ programs. It forms an intellectual hub for the Legatum group of companies, learning from them and nurturing and protecting the core purposes of the organisation. It is a ‘think tank with teeth’ that contends for good ideas that deliver great consequences.
Couching its goals in flowery language of peace, prosperity, and freedom, the Legatum Institute is nonetheless a globalist organization. Indeed, the Legatum Institute is part of a larger organization called the Legatum Group, which is described by the Guardian as “a private global investment organization focused on investing in the international capital markets and the promotion of sustainable development.” The Guardian also compiled a list of the Big 10 of think-tanks, and Legatum Institute was solidly among them at position number six.
While the mainstream media continues to claim that anyone who believes in a North American Union or plans for a One World Government is a delusional conspiracy theorist, it continues to push the agenda of both. Although doublespeak in the media is nothing new, it is quite significant that so many outlets have begun to mention the erasure of borders and the blending of nations. There can be no doubt that it is time for the American people to wake up and realize that these plans exist and that they are moving forward at a rapid pace.

Something that looked like a missile over Phoenix.,

Several members have photographed and reported a rapidly-rising object that appears to have originated from Luke Air Force Base west of Phoenix, AZ at 5:30 PM local (Pacific) time. The object portrayed characteristics of a missile launch with slightly arcing trajectory, lingering plume, and rapid ascent.
However, there are reports that some people have observed a winged aircraft with blinking lights once the object passed high over Scottsdale.

I know I am going to get blown out of the water with this, but I’m going to share it anyways. I will give you the precursor to my conversation for the purposes of context.
I live in Phoenix, AZ. I left work at 5:30 AZ time from Scottsdale, AZ. I entered Shea Blvd. approximately 5:37 PM from 70th St. I turned and headed west on Shea. To the direct west /southwest I noted a smoke plume that started at the ground and continued up to some type of aircraft. I immediately knew this was NOT a jet aircraft since the smoke plume started at ground level. The smoke plume was extremely thick, much like the space shuttle would produce. Within minutes this aircraft appeared to me, to be on the edge of the atmosphere. Don’t ask me how I know, I am just giving you my interpretation. I am a licensed pilot and have been an aviation buff most of my life.
I managed to snap a few pics of the smoke plume with my cell phone. I will up load them later. At this point my first guess was that this aircraft originated near Luke AFB based on where where the smoke plume originated.
I arrived home at my normal time, about 5:50 PM. I took my wife out back to show her the plume. She was freaked out about it as well. She then said, “why don’t I call John Doe?”. I said, “yea, get him on the phone, I’d like to hear what he has to say”. John Doe is obviously a pseudonym to protect my source. He is in the Air Force and works at Luke AFB. My wife got John on the phone, I told him what I saw and said this had to be rocket powered. He simply said, “your’e correct. You do know they’re retiring the space shuttle, right?” and I replied, “yes”. He said, well, what you saw is the latest technology, it is rocket powered and it is orbital. It is to replace the space shuttle.
So, I began voicing my concern given that Obama was in India with the entire Whitehouse staff and a battery of warships. I said, something is going on. He simply said, “yes, something is going on”. I went on to tell him about the USGS data posted here recently that almost simultaneously triggered every seismic sensor in the US and in fact across the world. He confirmed there was an event. I said, “was it natural” and he said “no”. I said was it nuclear and he said, “yes, but unintentional”. I said, “what country?” and he replied, “guess”. I said “India” and he said, “yes”. I inquired “an accident?” and he replied, “yes”. I inquired, “in a silo” and he replied, “yes”.
I asked him if there was anything to worry about, he said, “not yet, not stateside”. He said Obama was there for containment and this is a HUGE deal. You will NOT read about this nuclear event on the news. But this is an event of epic proportion.
That is virtually my entire conversation. I asked questions based on my own common sense and he answered “yes” or “no”. This clearly explains why Obama took his entire staff as well as a fleet of warships, etc. This also explains why we are being distracted with “mail bombs” and such on the news. It also explains the seismic event that nobody seems to want to report in the news.
This is what I know, this is what I was told by a fighter pilot from Luke AFB. Believe it or don’t. I’m just throwing it out there.
COMMENT: This launch could be anything. Allegedly there was a nuclear explosion that went off underground, involving India and a serious incident brewing that unconfirmed rumor has it brought Obama and the massive military force to India. Secondly there exists the possible deployment of satellites that could involve Project Bluebeam, it could be extra surveillance technology assuming that they are getting ready to launch operations or it could involve operations in space tracking the ET threat that I have said is not ET but of a Supernatural level, physical beings that are involved with the UFO’s. Keeping an open mind is paramount at this time.
Nuke rumors? What do you make of this?
